As a result of a superior performance, i.e., energy per mass, of Microtron battery it is possible to oversize the battery for automotive applications by up to 50% and achieve higher power, longer driving range, and faster charging. This means that for the same weight and volume as the conventional lithium battery, Microtron battery provides 50% increase in driving range and 30% shorter charging time.
Applications in the automotive field include numerous micro EVs, such as small cars, 3-wheelers, and motorcycles. Microtron delivers fleets of these vehicles and provides charging and support. We work with the receiving country or region to develop implementation plans, deliver the most suitable vehicle for environment, provide charging solutions, and address the complete eco system, including solar PV charging stations.
Microtron has ready 3-wheel and 4-wheel electrical vehicles, with fitted battery solutions that are deliverable in 60 days. For larger fleet size, the delivery times vary up to 6 months.
